To be clear, Smartfocus used to be called [redacted] and
rebranded a couple of years agoIt is the same company[redacted] has been
in direct contact with my abuse team, the last communication received

request) the complainant's domain from receiving any further email emails from
any of our clients
The last communication we received from [redacted], following
our communication to him that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that no
more emails directed to his email address will leave our platform,

Review: Please advise how I can make a complaint about one of your members who is persistently sending unsolicited bulk email to me and who refuses to give me a personal or company name.

The company represents itself as smart focus.com and claim that their client is [redacted]), however, bulk email continues to arrive from the servers if [redacted] which seems to be the same company as SmartFocus despite repeated requests for them to stop.Desired Settlement: Stop sending spam email
