We had an excellent experience with Smarthomes Remodeling when they did the installation of our new roof. We were given choices in quality and price, and they were very competitive with the other estimates we received. Franklin's clarity, attention to detail, and patience were big reasons we felt comfortable with Smarthomes. Their honesty and integrity were apparent. We chose better quality roofing which included additional manufacturer's warranty along with Smarthomes' own warranty.

We will definitely use these folks again, and highly recommend them to our friends!

SmartHomes Remodeling is a top notch company and very customer oriented with an amazing contact, Franklin ***. Franklin came to give us a quote for a brand new roof and He was not the first quote we received. We had two others from companies who offered to help us and meet our needs but they didn’t come close to offering what we really appreciated-a down to earth approach and an honest answer on cost and repairs and with a sense of urgency and care. Franklin answered all of our questions without hesitation and with honesty. And when the roofing repair team showed up at our door at 6:45am, sharp the next day, we were not surprised. Franklin delivered on his promise and with an incredible job to prove it! Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL! Every detail was attended to and with such specialized craftsmanship. They completed our roof within 24 hours and we have a unique roof in that there are many A-lines and curvatures that aren’t easy to manipulate and detail, yet all were managed with precision and care. And we appreciated that Franklin and his father were at our house throughout the entire process, overseeing the team and making sure every detail was perfect. They knocked it out of the park, on every level, with customer service being their first priority. We plan on using SmartHomes again for our fence replacement and also some other remodeling tasks as well. Amazing team!! Thank you, thank you!!

The team at Smarthomes Remodeling went out of their way to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and on time!!! After completing my job requests on *** the manager, Franklin ***, called to set up an appointment to inspect my home and provide a quote for a new roof. I had two additional quotes but settled on Smarthomes because of their attention to detail. We walked around the neighborhood to ensure the roof color not only matched my home, but the architectural designs of my community. Their crew started the job two days later and I had a new roof by day the end of day three! They completed my roof in one day, even though they estimated it might take 2 days!!! The on site supervisor, Rene, always kept me well informed of what they were doing and answered ALL my questions. He is terrific!!! After the job was completed, Franklin came to my house to inspect the job and ensure I was 100% satisfied.
