Review: I've purchased an item from www.smarthome.com with paypal with the order number : [redacted] - Date Of Purchase : 12/25/2014 , then suddenly they canceled my order without informing me ( after I sent them an email regarding the delay of the shipment tracking number after 2 weeks from ordering it they replied back that the order has been canceled without saying why ? ) and until now they didnt refund the money neither the reward points . I sent them another email and until now nobody replied .

Thank you and im looking forward to hear from you ASAP .Desired Settlement: They need to finalize the order and to ship it asap .

Review: I ordered 3 controllers with remotes for US Sunlight Corp solar powered attic fans. The order was placed on December 20, 2013. The order never arrived. I tried contacting the company by phone over a dozen times over the last week and no person EVER answered the phone. I sat on hold over an hour several times before hanging up. I have emailed them and received an automated response that they received my email but I still don't have any answers.Desired Settlement: I would like 100% of my money refunded.

We do apologize that [redacted] encountered long hold times. Around the holidays, which is when he specified that he called, does tend to be a busy season for us. I can see that the order that is being claimed as “not received” was shipped to the correct address with FedEx tracking number [redacted] which was delivered and signed for on 1/23. The signee for the order was a PCrawford that FedEx states was at the business location stated in the “Ship to” address the customer entered when placing the order.

Review: Since about May 8, my Insteon hub has been inoperable. I cannot access the web user interface or control any of my networked Insteon devices. I contacted Insteon's email support on May 9 and did receive a response on May 11 with instructions to perform a factory reset. I attempted a reset several times but was unable to reactivate my hub.

I contacted Insteon's email support on May 12 explaining that the instructions didn't work and requested a replacement hub, as it is still under warranty. I did not receive a response. I emailed Insteon again on May 19 and May 27 and still did not receive a response.

On May 28, I attempted to reach their technical support by phone and waited for about 35 minutes, after which I was told I would have to wait another 35 minutes. I opted to end my call.

There are three possibilities as to why my complaint has not been resolved: my emails were lost somehow, Insteon's customer service backlog is immense, or Insteon's customer service representatives have been negligent.Desired Settlement: I primarily desire an acknowledgement of and response to my service requests. I realize it may still be possible to restore functionality to my existing Insteon hub, although it may still be simpler for them to send me a replacement hub instead.
