I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been I will not accept the offer because SmartParkJFK is responsible for the damage of my vehicle they described as an eleven year old vehicleThanks for the reminder of the age of my vehicle, sir/madamNonetheless, as you can see in all my previous responses to SmartParkJFK concerning the damage they did to my vehicle, I have never been unprofessional in my response to them because I do not have time to criticize their businessAll I am concerned about is the real issues which SmartParkJFK is avoiding from the date of the damagePerhaps, the person who reminded me of the age of my vehicle, the company he or she represents, which is SmartParkJFK, was willing to pay for half of the damage and I refused since I played no part in the damage of my vehicleNow if all this time SmartParkJFK was rejecting my request to repair my vehicle, why would a company like SmartParkJFK offer to pay half for something they claimed from the get go that they weren't responsible for? It makes me wonder if because I rejected their unfair offer, was the reason SmartParkJFK attacked the age of my vehicle instead of honoring the estimate and repair my vehicle and get this drawn out thing withAgain, I am requesting that Revdex.com look more into this issue and have SmartParkJFK just repair my vehicle. offended by such degradation Those statements can't be further from the truth We are indeed a first class operation with thousands of satisfied customers known for our service. As for her alleged damages We have reviewed the tape of her entrance to our location and it revealed NOT a brand new car in pristine condition as claimed But a automobile covered in snow and ice The condition unclear As the weather warmed in her absence the true condition was revealed We never remove snow except the windshield. Thank you for following up with us regarding the damage claim from the Mantione's. Please be advised to the best of my knowledge this claim has been satisfied. A check request in the amount of$1,751.28 was put in for signature on August [redacted] and forwarded to the business accounts office....

Unfortunately the accounts payable person was on vacation until Labor Day. She has since processed the reimbursement check and to the best of our knowledge the claimant has been paid. Please let us know if this has not been completed to their satisfaction. Sincerely, [redacted]

This year was very windy and cold and as you are aware being an open air lot has its disadvantages from being warm...

and cozy.Your complaint was taken seriously by SmartPark and was looked at from an insurance and liability perspective. Your vehicle is a late model Toyota Sienna. As with many late model cars metal fatigue is a prevalent issue and because the alleged damage manifested itself when you drove in, SmartPark will not be responsible for a door opening "squeaking" sound. While we appreciate the pictures that you submitted this is something you should look at with your preventative maintenance mechanic. Regarding the other damages that you discovered after you left our facility( and that you submitted to us a number of years ago), you should contact your insurance company to get a no fault repair.I am sure you are aware that after you leave our facility we can no longer be held liable for any damages not reported before your vehicle is driven by you off the property.Thank you again for taking the time to contact the Revdex.com and for allowing us to address these issues publicly.Sincerely,[redacted]

[Your Answer Here]First of all I'm rejecting what SmartParkJFK is saying about the weather. The weather has nothing to do with the damage to my driver side door check and the rear passenger side bumper. The person or persons who took over my vehicle between the time I dropped it off and picked it up, is an employee of SmartParkJFK, and that employee(s) and the company is responsible for all damages. After I asked the female employee who was on duty to videotape the problems my driver side door check was making, she blatantly refused, so I instead used my cellphone and made a video on the premises of SmartParkJFK of the sound the driver side door check was making before I drove off to my destination, while the female supervisor whom I asked to do the video herself so she could show it to Diego, whom she say took care of these issues. Bottom line she didn't want nothing to do with my concern about the damages done on the premises of SmartParkJFK, instead she walked away because she seems to be concerned with the warmth of her office instead of in the rigid cold where my vehicle was parked. SmartParkJFK is responsible and need to do the repairs. They already were given the estimate, but they are refusing to do the repairs. Review: SmartPark showed parking availability at their location near JFK for the desired time during the holidays. They were the only parking location showing availability for that timeframe and were the highest priced lot. I booked the parking lot; they confirmed by issuing a parking voucher and charging in full my credit card. Upon arrival at the designated time, the parking lot was full...with their van blocking the entrance...and no alternative options offered. They simply said "sorry."Desired Settlement: I have contacted the credit card company who is investigating the charge and are presently not holding me financially responsible. However, this facility should be black listed for these practices....leaving people stranded and potentially missing a plane and negatively impacting their travel experience.

Regrettably, your reservation was accepted by a third party system after we specifically instructed them not to do so. Please know we were in contact with Park Ride & Fly to ensure future compliance and requested your $185.00 refund.

We take pride in offering our customers the combination of a great economic value coupled with exceptional service. We are also happy to hear from all of our customers, as it is only through their comments that we know how we are doing. Unfortunately, in this case we fell short and it hurts. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused and trust you will allow us the opportunity to serve you in the future. In order to regain your faith and in a gesture of great customer service we would like to reimburse you for wherever you did end up parking. Please send me a copy of the receipt and I will happily send you a check. And feel free to contact me directly on any question you might have.

Summary: 3rd party took resv after we closed the dates. Customer is being credited for that resv and we have gone to the extraordinary gesture of paying for parking for that trip.

Review: I used SmartPark JFK 05/**/13 through 06/**/13 to park my car. When I came to pick up my vehicle I noticed a huge dent on my vehicle which was not there prior to parking. I did show that dent to Smark Park JFK representatrive. They filed a claim for it. Then I tried calling them almost every day to find out the status of the claim. Site manager [redacted] answered my phone call only once and promised to get back to me with an answer. I did not receive a return phone call up until today (07/**/13). Whenever I call the person who answers the phone only writes down my name and phone number with the promise to get back to me. Please help to resolve this issue Thank you in advanceDesired Settlement: I expect SmartPark JFK to cover the repair expenses.

Review: Made a reservation with Smart Park at JFK on 12/[redacted]/13 for car parking at JFK Airport beginning on 12/**/13. We were traveling to Las Vegas for my daughter's wedding. When we arrived at Smart Park, reservation in hand, they told us there was no more room and that they had given away our spot. The reservation clearly states: "Booking a reservation guarantees your vehicle a parking space at our facility on the dates listed above". The dates were clearly listed on the reservation acknowledgement. After I created a scene at the office, I was given a letter of apology and a promise (in writing in the letter) that I would be reimbursed for parking elsewhere. The only available location that would take our car was short term parking at JFK. Everything else was fully booked, including JFK long term parking. We paid double the amount that Smart Park had quoted us. When we returned I followed the directions in the letter and emailed the so called "president" of Smart Park, one named "[redacted]".Never got a response.I tried to fax my detailed receipts, etc. and the fax would not go through. I called the office and they told me to try again. I did. Fax did not go through. Called office again, got auto response and left a message (twice). I have heard nothing. This place is a scam and should be shut down. Please investigate this business. No one else should have to go through this (BTW, there was at least one other person with a reservation who was turned away, but was not given the letter about reimbursement.)Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for parking elsewhere, per the instructions in the letter Smart Park gave me and I would like the complaint above publicized on Revdex.com web site to help others avoid falling into their reservation trap. Of course, I would like them punished for duplicitous business practices.

Review: Honestly these people are the lowest of low!!!! They scratched my car using probably a shovel to get the snow off. They show me a video of my car coming into the lot with not a a scratch on it. We walk outside see my car full of scratches. I call the police and take another video. I call [redacted] and [redacted] who strung me out 2 weeks to tell me that it's "alleged" . What does that mean. Never never never use this place...I can not say it enough NEVER.Desired Settlement: I want my Brand New Car repaired!!!
