I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] They have only issued a partial refund ($500 of the $1000 paid). They claim that they never agreed to provide unique contacts, but then turn around and say that they've fired someone because of this. What they've conveniently not mentioned is all the bogus entries in the list. The duplicates were only part of the problem. They provided us with contacts at Auto Body Shops and Machine Tool Manufacturers when it was supposed to be a list of Medical Supply Stores and independent Pharmacies. Additionally, they're asking me to delete my complaint and remove my reviews from social media like [redacted]. On [redacted] they posted that the issue was resolved and acknowledged by me and that's not true. They're also trying to get my negative review removed from [redacted].
