Smart's Towing Inc.

The people in this establishment are CROOKS . It wasn't bad enough that my vehicle was in an accident and considered a total loss, but when I got to the tow yard to retrieve my personal belongs I find that my vehicle had been rummaged through and my stereo equipment and other personal belongings stolen. These people had the nerve to say that this is how the vehicle showed up. I can not express the amount of anger and disgust I have with this establishment. Never before have I felt so violated when I thought my vehicle was in good hands being they got the tow call from the police. If I have any advise for other customers it would be " just say no to smarts towing" This business should be shut down and never be aloud to do business in the state of Virginia again.

Review: Called Smart's Towing at 11:00 am to have car towed for an appointment asked if they had a problem getting it there they sad no . At 1:43pm received a call from the driver [redacted] he could not find the address and missed the appointment returned the car to the pick up location and charged full price . called to talk to some one but they would not return my callsDesired Settlement: $156.00
