Went to get a hair cut and low highlights, haircut was uneven, highlights didn’t take in I was charged 69.99
For some thing that didn’t work , she was not honest, I talked to manger,she was going to call her supervisor been three weeks I haven’ received a call manger won’t call me back please help me

I went here to have my hair highlighted , a woman named*** was the person that highlighted my hairIt came out brassy as could beI went back and complained , she re did my hair , no luck my hair is still brassyI have been having my hair highlighted for years and never has my hair been brassy They are refusing to call back after telling me Corp will call me I went to another salon and they said my hair has to be colored a dark color to fix this problemI want my money back , I have tried my best to settle this issue in good faithThey also told me for them to fix my hair properly it would cost me more money to fix my hairI dont think it's right to pay to have my hair corrected after all I have been through with themI WANT MY MONEY BACK
