Good afternoon,Upon receiving the complaint, I contacted our customer service lead, *** ***, to find out if this was resolved. He informed me that he spoke with Mr*** on the morning of the 17th, after Mr*** had called all day on the 16th. As of the phone call on

Hello [redacted], Thank you for the reply. Yes, they did refund the money, but while the initial hold was for $126 and some change, I was only actually charged for $19.18 I believe it was, three days after I spoke with [redacted] from Smartwool. The package was received by the proper party, but stated it was a bit small, indicating that maybe only one item of the order was available even though the website stated that everything I ordered was available. The package will be returned to Smartwool by the recipient. As far as I am concerned, once they receive the package, everything will be resolved. The amount I was charged was refunded to me by them. On that front, I am happy. I contacted Mr. [redacted] on Monday, August 15th, to see if we could come to a resolution.  I offered to send a USPS label, but he stated he was unable to make it to the Post Office.  I also offered to schedule FedEx to pick up the socks, to try and make it easier, to send the socks...

back.  He stated that was not an agreeable option.  I have agreed to send him socks without the original ones as a one time goodwill gesture.  Normally, our policy requires us to have the product in hand, so we can match the sock and get the correct sock back to the customer, as well as passing along the defective item to our quality control team.  Mr. [redacted] appears happy with the resolution of the replacement socks being sent to him.
