Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello, Thank you Revdex.com to help consumers with issuesthis is great.I provided to RSS ( I contracted with them) pictures I took the very day from the truckI signed a release sheet stating the items were damaged and took picturesthe vlue of $is a typo, I communicated to RSS in a first place the total value of items in a document with pictures and the catalogue price for these itemsvalue can fairly be estimated under $1000, not $any expert can assess that.I understand the terms of the insurance I contracted : it only covers total loss of shipment based on declared valuehere, it is not about MY insurance, but RSS insurance : when their crew break items, damage walls, etcit is their responsibilityit would be too easy if they could break almost everything, damage properties, etcand just walk awayTheir responsibility in breaking those items is clearly reported and establishedAs a business they have a legal obligation to be insured. It is a shame that for such a small value they are not willing to settle on the compensation and not assume their responsibility.I am hopping that with the Help of the Revdex.com, they will settle on something that is A) their responsibility B) a relatively small amount.happy to provide with any documentation Revdex.com may require Thank you very much Regards, [redacted]

*** *** I have never received this complaint as this customer was satisfied, kindly see below email communication between customer and our claims department, this case was closed and refund was mailed and cashed: Dear Mr***, This is to inform you that check #

To whom it may concern, With each shipment the customers have the option to purchase insurance coverage. This customer purchasedatotal loss insurance policyin the amount of$8000, which was his declaredvalue for thecontents of the20’ container. This insurance policy has a
$deductible Per our terms and condition which Mr*** signed, it states the following regarding insurance: Insurance information: Please ask your relocation consultant for rates and formsYour insurance certificate will be filed based on your declaration of the shipment’s value, all terms and conditions will be as per your Insurance policy, all claims, if any, should be submitted by you directly to the Insurance CompanyRSS, LLC and/or Carrier are not your Insurance brokers, nor your Insurance Company, and will not be responsible for any claim you may have. Please note, that by choosing not to insure, you are waiving your right for compensation in case of damage or lossIf you choose not to insure you hereby declare that RSS, LLC and/or Carrier has offered you to purchase marine insurance to cover your shipmentYou hereby further declare that if you decline to purchase the insurance offered to you, neither you nor any person or entity acting on your behalf shall assign, grant, authorize or allow any subrogation of your rights against RSS, LLC and/o carrier in connection with your shipment, and you shall indemnify RSS, LLC n/or Carrier for any loss they incur if you breach your agreement hereunder or as a result of any claim or action of subrogation or otherwise asserted by any third party in connection with your shipment The shipment for Mr*** was due to arrive into port on 4/The shipment was delivered to Mr*** on May 9th On May 15th, the delivery agent contacted our office to inform us that Mr*** contacted them to state that there were items damaged. Attached is the delivery report that states the same. The same day, May 15th, we were contacted by Mr*** and he stated the following: Thank you for deluvering our furnitures and household itemsitems were damaged during the process: A trash bin A projector screen A frame How does that work regarding the insurance we took ? Thank you We responded back to Mr*** and informed him again that the insurance he paid for was for total loss and does not cover damage to individual items. On June 2nd, he came back to us stating that items were now damagedWe again responded stating that the insurance coverage was for total loss only. On 6/7, Mr***contacted RSSagain by phone regarding the few damaged items. Mr*** was advised to file the claim in writing and did so the same day. Heasked to receive compensation for the following pieces that supposedlywere damaged during transit. Specifically he is stating that the delivery team damaged the items when they had to be offloaded from the container into a delivery truck. Mr*** didn't provide a mandatory customs document (TOR) when initially asked for it, so the delivery team overseas was required to unload the shipment into a bonded warehouse so the clearance could be done I have attached the pictures he sent us of the items that suffered damagesAgain we mentioned to Mr*** that the insurance he paid for was for total loss Mr*** has stated in his complaint to you that the few items damaged didn't have a high dollar valueHis exact words: in fact everything that was carefully stored into the container under my supervision got randomly transferred into a truck, resulting in damaging few itemsthe dollar value is not big, but it was reported (took pictures) and filed that these items were damaged. He continues to state the following regarding the value of his damaged items: given the small amount ( less than dollar) On6/28, we received an email from Mr*** stating the following (we responded to every single email/telephone message/call received so his comment about no reply is not accurate): As I suspected, no reply from you nor your managementI reported on several website what happened and formally complained at Revdex.comnext step is that you will hear from my lawyerit is a shame to end up having to do this, and the negative publicity/ loss of business you will face when you could have just handled a reasonable compensation for the damaged items that your Crew/partner caused Due to the fact that the value of Mr***'s damaged goods is less than $and the insurance deductible is $200, the insurance company would deny his claim because it is less than his deductible. In this industry there is something called Basic Valuation. Basic Valuation entitles you to compensation in the amount of $per pound/per article. Generously estimating the weight of those items at pounds, Mr*** will be compensated in the amount of $ It's very unfortunate that there were any damages to Mr***'s shipmentIt's unfortunate when any shipment has damages regardless of how small they are It is however a terrible shame that Mr*** feels the need to slander our online name over less than $We welcome the opportunity to answer to his lawyer and will provide all the necessary documentation to Mr***'s lawyer

Good Afternoon *** and thank you for the reply,Attached is the quote and email traffic I provided to RSS, LLC on March (Attachments & 2). To date, they have been nonresponsive which is why I engaged you all this morning. In regards to the insurance, I never declined any insurance. I purchased all of the insurance I was offered. Their team and I talked at length about the value of the goods being shipped ($20,000). I even paid for additional crating, at their recommendation, to maintain the integrity of load during shipping I inquired about the insurance documents only speaking to total loss. They never responded to the inquiry. Traffic is below and at the fourth attachment. Attachment validates the additional charges for crating and the insurance premium I paid. When you liaise with RSS, can you have them to provide a timeline for resolution? They are still not responding to any emails from me. I provided the quotation for repairs on March and need to know what their “Claims Department” decided Thank you, *** ** *** **
