DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My phone had water damage. When I dropped it off it was "important" to sell me an overpriced case.Took it overnight to be picked at 8:30am the next morning.. It was not finished and was upset because I did not receive a phone call and was going to be late for work. He did offer to drive it to my job however I am on appointments and am not in my office usually. . I explained it is used for my job and expressed the urgency. Went back at lunchtime and they could not fix it. Did not call me again. I expressed that I was angry and wanted my phone. I was told to get the hell out and that I was useless. He must have worked really hard that day. It will not dial when I use the bluetooth in the car. I'm afraid to call them to tell them. I will contact Apple and make sure their certification is revoked. Unreal!!!

Review: I had two MacBook Pros that needed to be fixed. One needed a new screen, while the other one was being appraised for the cost of the repair. Held off on the appraised MacBook, while the Macbook who needed a new screen was kept for repair. [redacted], the "Service Manager" was taking care of the this apparently. I dropped it off about a month ago. [redacted] never got back to me about the repair. I kept calling about the repair, and he's like "Oh, next week, next week." It's like scrapping teeth to get service from this place. He will tell you that he "promises" to have your computer done by this date, and that he will "give you a call," but he never calls you. He doesn't keep his promise or calls you back on anything related to your product's service. A month later, I absolutely was infuriated with his lack of unprofessionalism, my time wasted, and was demanding to have my computer done. He told me that he will have it done for sure tomorrow, I go there the next day, the laptop is in pieces on his desk, and says he doesn't know why it doesn't work? He said, what I could do, is order the part for him, and then I can bring it to the store for him to put in. What? He doesn't want to hold up his funds since he is already out $200 for his failed first attempt. Frustrated, I said sure, and [redacted] said that he would email me the site where he would purchase the part. [redacted] never emailed me, I had to email him, but still had to end up calling the guy once again since he never got back to me. During that call, I said just put everything back to the way that I had left it with you, I'm picking up the computer tomorrow, and will be taking my business elsewhere for GOOD. I get there, my computer is far from the way I left it. In pieces on his desk. He puts all of the small pieces into a bag, the back plate of the computer is off, and he throws it all into a box. He said there are screws missing now, and that if I wanted to, I could replace them for additional $10? This place is an absolute joke of a business!Desired Settlement: Hoping that my computer is still functional after his failed attempt on repairing it, I would like for the the screws that he lost, to be replaced with genuine Apple MacBook Pro screws for the back plate of the computer. He told me that there are now missing screws, and that the cost for the screws would be around $10 to purchase.
