December 16, Dear [redacted] : This letter is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] as outlined in your letter dated December 5, 2014, a copy of which is enclosed.The items rented by the customer were scheduled to be picked up on Friday, November 28, Unfortunately, the piwas not made as planned and we apologize for not informing the customer in a timely mannerThe piwas re-scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2014.On December 1, 2014, the driver indicated that a call was placed to the telephone number furnished by the customer shortly before arrival at the pilocationThe call was not answeredUpon arrival at the pilocation, the driver rang the doorbell to the residence without a response from anyone insideMany of our customers accept a common practice of rental companies to accept delivery and piof rental items to and/or from their yard or porchThe driver and helper checked the rear area of the house to see if the items were left there since there was no response to the telephone call or doorbellThe rental items were located in the rear of the residence and retrievedThe employees wear clothing identifying their association with AAA Party Rentals and travel in trucks showing the name of the businessNo other property at the residence was disturbedOf course, we want each customer to have a pleasant experience and apologize for any inconvenienceIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact meVery truly yours,Raymond H [redacted] Vice President
