Patient presented to our office on 10/25/for her initial evaluation. Patient had xrays and exam completed. Deborah *** went over the treatment plan with the patient and given the cost. Patient did not asked any questions, other than she did say that all she wanted to to
here was the partial that she was going back to *** for the other treatment. Patient left.On 10/30/patient called our office very upset. She was yelling, cussing and cryingI, Lindy ***, tried to talk to the patient and explain to her the process. That the $** was for the evaluation and the partial is $***. She continued to yell at me over the telephone even after explaining to her the process. Patient contacted our office again on 11/14/and spoke to Deborah ***. She apologized for the way she reacted and wanted to schedule the appointment for the impressions for the partial. We are now waiting for the partial to come back from the lab. I think the situation has been resolved to the satisfaction of both Smileand the patient
