I have been dealing with this company for 2 years now and they are always calling me saying my payments are late when they automatically take my payment out of my account every mount and they have hit my account twice for 4 and 5 hundred dollars when they where not authorized to do so and then I have to wait 3 to days to get my money back and to top it off one of the times it was a week before Christmas and that was my kids Christmas money that I was using for there gifts it really been horrible working with this company .Before I use this company again I will pull all of my teeth out. I would give them a negative 10 star rating if I could.

I have used Smile Brands Finance, Incto finance dental work done on my teeth for the past years Through my dental office, my monthly payment is drafted from my checking account The account was paid off in January, I get a letter from Smile Brands Finance saying I'm going to be sent to the credit bureau for not paying $ I called my dental office and they have a zero balance so I called Smile Brands and they sent me out a list of payments They made a mistake back in Oct., with a credit and now I owe $with late fees None of this is my fault, the money is drafted from my checking account and I should not be charged late fees or owe anything, according to my dental office If Smile Brands made the mistake, then they need to hire more efficient people in the office to handle finances I have talked to them and they apologized but still say I owe this money I'm very upset with them since the payments are out of my account and I don't handle any of it, then I get a letter stating I'm being sent to the credit bureau because of their mistake So I'm done with this company and want to put it out there so others will be aware of their sloppy finance dept Then the letter was addressed to Alaska and I live in Colorado

Located payment made at dental office and guided office for proper posting to apply to Smile Brands Finance contract; will adjust off all fees to bring account balance to zero; will submit correction to Equifax to clear any reported delinquency and mail to client letter confirming this action; left message on client's phone requesting call back so I can explain all these actions
