I was told all morning I was pre approved,was told they had to verify my direct deposits I signed into my checking account and evidently they looked at more than my deposits because they saw something that caused them to deny my loan. I was stupid for letting them look into my account, but I notified my bank and forwarded the email where they ask for my info

I have been a customer for close to 4-years now and they have helped me every time I have needed a little help, The website could use a little work and maybe some more importance on making sure the calls are answered in a timely manner, but as for what they do! Thank you so much, I look forward to being a long term customer and I cant wait to get better rates!

I have had multiple issues with Kener LendingsToday someone named *** called me from this phone number ***They never Identify who they are when they callThey keep looking for someone named *** I have politely informed these people on more than one occasion that they have the wrong number and that *** is no longer at this numberI had to have a coworker call these people just to find out what company they are withThey called her back 5-times as if she owed them moneyThe employees always argue with me, yell at me, and are very rudeThey like to inform me that I am not who I say I amAt this point they are harassing their customersNot to mention I am at work taking care of my patients when these people callThese people don't call or times they call 5-times back to back and text us until someone replies! I have asked to speak with a supervisor on more than occasion and just get put on hold for 10-minutes with no answer.They say they will cal

I have applied for a loan received an email stating I was pre approved to call themI called them immediately then I am informed no you are denied because your social security number is not right they have two different numbers for meSorry I know my social security number and think you people are a scam especially when you have non English speaking people trying to answer calls

Submitted an application for a loan about weeks and still have not heard back from any oneI've called them times and each time I call them I'm placed on a minute holdI also sent out emails.I assume that I was denied for the loanThey could have at least replied back to my email or called me to let me know

They don't even have the intelligence to call you back when your loan has been turned down Even though they say they will

This is a good company to work withSo far I had loans with them with no problemsverification process is a bit strict but is very worth it in order to protect your identityI would highly recommend

I love Kener Lending I have had multiple loans with them but I am very disappointedI just paid off a loan and I am on maternity leave and need the extra money to help with my kids Christmas gifts and they denied me telling me when I go back to work after deposits to reapply at that point I want need itWhen I need it the most they did not come through and I will not take another loan with them or refer anyone else
