We saw patient *** *** on June 22nd, The patient had come in as an emergency because she was havinga tooth ache and her dentist office could not see herThe dental assistant took xrays on the patient and the dentistreviewed them and determined the tooth could be saved with a root
canalWe informed the patient we would have tosend the request for a root canal to her insurance company and it would be about weeksThe patient was fine withthat and scheduled the appointment for July 6thThe dentist was unable to make it to the office on July 6th due topersonal reasons and we had called on July 1st to inform the patientThe patient was not very happy and we informedher if we had a cancellation earlier we would get her in as soon as possibleAgain, Anma(Annie) called *** ***on July 5th to remind her that the dentist would not be in the following dayThe patient was upset and said she neededto be seen and that she was having a tooth acheThe receptionist then tried to give Nerissa a follow up call to see whatshe could do and never heard back from herThe following day the office was closed and the patient was aware that theoffice would be closedIf you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office at (***)
