Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,I understand the policy for cancelled appointments, however the reason for the entire complaint was the fact that we never made the appointment in the first placeCombined with the pressure of making and keeping another appointment to waive the fee was not good customer serviceWe had already decided that this dentist office was above our financial needsThat is why we did not make any follow up appointments after our last appointments over months ago We still don't understand how this appointment was made and we hope that it doesn't happen againWe wish this company much success

concern, According to our appointment policy at the office, we call our patients 1 week and 24 hrs before their scheduled appt. We also go to great lengths with our automatic system to send text and email reminders well in advance to keep our schedule current and efficient. We do have a $29 apt cancellation policy that is enforced if the patient cancels on the day of the appt. We do waive the fee as a one time courtesy if the patient reschedule the apt at a later date and at that time we go back over the appointment cancellation policy. We ask that patients give us 48 hr notice if they are unable to make their apt so can give that apt time to another patient.   Thank you,  [redacted]  Smile Design Studios, Family and Cosmetic Dentistry Simone [redacted]

Regards,I understand the policy for cancelled appointments, however the reason for the entire complaint was the fact that we never made the appointment in the first place. Combined with the pressure of making and keeping another appointment to waive the fee was not good customer service. We had already decided that this dentist office was above our financial needs. That is why we did not make any follow up appointments after our last appointments over 6 months ago.  We still don't understand how this appointment was made and we hope that it doesn't happen again. We wish this company much success.
