From day one, I should have known this place was bad newsOver the phone they said the first visit was free and it was not .It's free only when you have no insuranceWhen I confirmed my second appointment, they said they would not charge a Co payment , yet they tried to anywayBUT the worst was today, after I once again confirmed the price of the procedure , they decided to tell me it was more expensive when it was time to payI advised that I refused to pay because I was given the information wrongSo the guy that never sends the famous welcome package decides to tell me in the middle of the lobby in front of other patients that I was a thief because I left without payingAt the point, I just had it and walked outThat was very unethical of him, because they all know the scam that is going on in thereMy advice, do not go there and if you are you need to have it in writing.Â
I Hav egone to smile perfect dental since I was 18 I am now 28 I have the best of expierienece with dr ana aviles she is a great dentist the office is beautiful the staff has excelent customer service, my whole family goes to this office and feell the same way. the office is always full of patients I compleatly disagree with the previous review I recomed that you go and see it for yourself ...
