Poor customer service is a step up from the choice of words I was going to use, but I will keep it professionalI ordered december 13, and got a email to send photos, so they can mail out my evaluation kit, okphotos later, january they finally charged me 95$, but I have got a email to resubmitt more photos before they can ship my kit outAfter multiple calls, no kit and photos...I tap out, I quit, I called the tragedy of customer service and asked for a refundafter that call, and cutting all ties with this company,guess what came folks, you guessed it, a email stating the kit has shipped and a authorization form via email to give to my dentistStay away from this company, go to a real professional that you can put in check face to face

Smile care club is the best! I'm currently on my 7th set and the results I'm getting are amazing! I have three more sets to go but my teeth are basically already perfect! My friends who had braces in the past said they were so jealous at how quickly my teeth were straighteningThey said if they could go back and have the choice of Smile Care Club or braces, they would choose smile care club I definitely recommend smile care club to anyone who is in need of straight teeth

We were so happy to find this company We have been treated well, they even sent us an extra kit after we messed up the first one We have had no isssues and they have saved us thousands of dollarsWe originally got a bill for 8K from our orthodontist and SMILE CARE CLUB cost us about and then our insurance coverd all but $ so this is amazing We found it super convinient becuase we didn't have to keep running back in for appointments Yes you have to file your own insurance, but who cares, because you save lots of money and its a great product I would highly recommend this company

I have a bad experience with this company, wasted my time, I placed an order over a month, I didn't hear from them for about days until I called them to asked what's going on with my order they asked me to re take the pictures because they weren't right, so I didI didn't hear back from them for another days, I called them again, and on that exactly moment the person on the phone looked up my email with my pictures, giving me excuses that do not make any sense, I sent different emails with pictures eachPlus Michelle the woman who answered was kinda rude, making me feel that she didn't care about the business at all, she told me her team will review my pictures and if I don't hear from them again call them back to know if I was qualified
I felt so stupid and I asked her to please cancel the order

I am currently a Smile Care Club patient and wanted to write a review because I know they are a new company and for prospective patients, they need to know that Smile Care Club is absolutely what you hope they are What they say on their website is exactly what you get if not moreThe aligners are working great for me, the customer service is awesome and the pricing is second to noneIts all going even better than I thought and the aligners are not nearly the hassle I thought they wouldThat's a huge positive for me

I am a patient with SmileCareClub and I find that their doctor's and service staff are exceptional. One-on-one communication and prompt attention to any concerns.
This is truly a great way to get some orthodontics done for a fraction of the price I was quoted at my local orthodontist's office.

I bought the SmileDirectClub invisalign treatment package from Groupon three times and all the three times, they have rejected by just mentioning that there is a movement noticed while taking the impression. I have taken the photographs of the impressions before sending to them, where I could hardly see the movements. They are not ready to mention where the fault is. Instead just asked me to purchase a new kit.. I kept ordered three kits and all of them were rejected. I lost my interest and gave up finally. I will not recommend SmileDirect to anyone..

After going against my orthodontist's advise of not doing any ortho treatment via mail, I sent in my impression kit for smilecareclub. When I asked who the affiliated dentists in my area were I was told not to worry about it as most cases don't require any visits to dentist and they would let me know if I would have to. I said I still wanted to know who it was (what if it were hundreds of miles away? What if it is not a real dentist or someone who is not accredited?) Then was told they cannot tell me due to privacy policies so I told them to cancel my order since I had no idea who was about to mess with my mouth. They sent the treatment plan anyway and I decided it looked legit and would see if my insurance would help cover as they requested a predetermination of services be sent to them. The "licensed provider" told me insurance won't pay anything without a bill (obviously, but I don't want a bill if I have to pay it all either). I have now been calling and emailing for over a month with no response. I emailed the "endorsed local provider" saying since I can't get a response from the billing team Id like to know the total cost of my treatment and I will reach out to insurance. I finally got a response but instead of helping it was "I see you cancelled your order so we will need to issue you a refund". I'd beware going forward and have a local trusted ortho review the treatment plan before moving forward. I will be paying the extra and going to a trusted source.

I have been considering purchasing aligners through my dentist for several years. I have 2 kids in college, a 12, and 3 year old. I just couldn't justify $5000. I was thrilled to find Smile Direct Club. I purchased an impression kit with a Groupon. Ordering it was super easy & taking the impressions was easy as well. I received results & treatment plan promptly. I then received follow up by customer service. I explained that I was trying to decide if I could work it into my budget. The rep was not pushy at all. She simply asked if I would like her to call back in a couple weeks or a month. They contacted me as agreed, and I will be making my down payment tomorrow. Very impressed with the customer service, so now I hope my results are as impressive!! I'm hopeful

After my 4 month treatment, MY TEETH STILL ARE NOT STRAIGHT. I am livid.

Beware is all I can say. I went into this with such high hopes. Initial response was great, then they got my money things went downhill. I had a tooth chipped, had it repaired under the direction of Smile Care Club by my own dentist. I was told that they would get the records from my dentist after my repair of the tooth. I called 3 weeks later and was told to wear the same liners that I could just see if they fit. I said what do you mean see if they fit? The tooth shape has been changed. I continued to question Jenice and explained that the tooth was built up and the liners would not be worn without checking my new bite-- I called my dentist - no records every requested by Smile Care, then I followed up with Smile care and they tell me that they requested the records from my dentist and received them which was a total lie. I asked for the name of the dentist over seeing my treatment and no response. Trying to cancel now, since why would I treat with someone that is lying about the oversight of a dentist . No answer, call and call and no answer. Received an email from Jenice telling me to call and cancel for instructions. My phone number is on my email and you are the customer service representative Question- you have my information, why wouldn't you call me to explain how to cancel. Shame on you Smile Care Club. I was lied to and have never received the name of any dentist overseeing my treatment. You are not what you say you are and had no problem taking my money and now can't get ahold of anyone!

I have not received the clear aligners as of yet. I took pictures, they were approved; I then received a $95.00 impression tray kit. I followed the directions and sent my pressions back. My impressions were not approved, and smilecareclub is requesting another $50.00 to get a new impression kit that meets their criteria, the $50.00 is said to be crefited towatd my entire treatment plsn cost. My quoted price for the requested adjustments was $700.00. I am going to take a risk and purchase the new impression kit. I will keep you updated on the progress.
