This has been going on for two months, and every time I went there, I told them no, this is not what I wanted, so that said we will do another try in until we make you happyAnd I was supposed to get three try-insSo, I went up to old dentist to get my lab papers, from the old denturesShowed them what I wantedThen it took or more weeks to get the dentures backThen I noticed they were clear, transparent, uneven and underneath the teeth they looked like they dipped into the bleach and zig-zagged behind the teethAnd then with the two front teeth they were clear, transparent, you could see right through the teethAnd then he agreed that he saw itAnd then the dental assistant said, what is your problem you are always negative, there is nothing wrong with themShe said that you agree with try-in, but I said this is not the finishing productTeeth don't come out clearThen yesterday, before they told me they weren't going to do another try-in, but they wereThey told me that they would just fix the two front teeth, that they were clearAnd they fell right out of my mouthAnd I told them see the clear on the bottom, he said no I don't, I disagree with youAnd I said well, this is my I told him yesterday, I'm not happy with the teeth and he said well I am not going to give you your money back because he said he put too much money into the teethAnd I said, well I want to get my money back, I am dissatisfied, I was trying to take a picture, they yanked them out of my hand and they told me, well good luck to ya and I said, I want to talk to an office manager and he said, that he would talk to his administrator, whoever she is, to get my money backAnd I said when will this be, and he said they don't knowAnd I said I am going to contact the Revdex.com and Care Credit because I put it on the Care Credit CardAnd I will possibly take you to small claims court, because I didn't get my money back or my denturesAnd he said good luck to you, and he said we'll walk you outI didn't have no dentures, no money, nothingA couple weeks prior to this I had my husband come down with me to take pictures, and to see what he thought, and he agreed that they are not the same dentures that I had beforeI just didn't appreciate the dentist and the dental assistant calling me negative, which I paid a lot of money for this and I wanted the finishing product right or my money backMy aunt in Florida talked to the dentist herself and told him these dentures are not right, eitherShe explained to him what we wanted, this was a month prior to thisAnd she said well don't they know how to make dentures right with lab papersShe told me that and she suggests to me get your paper back, you waited patiently for two months and they still can't get them right, not the fitting or nothingAnd his website does not say anything about quality or 100% money back guaranteeShe looked it up on the internet last night and it doesn't say nothingAnd when I got these dentures, I said I want this in writing and they refusedI just didn't like the way they talked to me either, how dare they said that stuffI feel like they just wanted me money and didn't care what I wantedThe picture with my friend are the old denturesThe other picture when I am smiling in a gray aero shirt you can see the difference between the old dentures and the new denturesAnd the new dentures are ones higher than the other, they are not togetherThey don't look like they are bonded as in the old picture with my friend.Picture dentist said these would be the same kind of dentures as the old onesAs you can tell their not and they came down and slopped out of my mouthThe new dentures with the wax try-inThe one in ***'s picture they had me go home with them for a couple days, to see if there is sore spots or anything and I saw the clear and I called them immediately to get me in to show them what they did wrongThe one on the napkin they are yellow and these are supposed to be brand new teethAnd I also went to a denture lab and they told me that these are not the right teeth as it says in the lab papersI went to another dentist and they got upset with me, because they didn't believe what I said and they agreed with me, and they told me to call Revdex.com and take em to small claims courtYesterday when I looked at them they were still clear at the bottom the ridge of the teeth and he said he disagreed and that's when the dental assistant said I was negativeHe's the worst doctor who knows about dentures and they need to get better staff, better communication, and better customer service skills instead of telling someone their negative, that's insulting and the doctor should give me my money back or something instead of telling me good luck and goodbye
