either $25.00 or $35.00 or $15.00. Furthermore, I have no record of receiving contact from [redacted] in regards to this issue. Lastly, we have never reached out to a customer's credit card company in regards to a sale. Additionally, I also researched our Point of Sale customer database and have no information regarding [redacted]. Please have [redacted] provide further documentation of the sale so we can research this further. We absolutely want to take care of this situation, however just need additional information to determine the legitimacy of the issue.Thank you for your time.Best,[redacted]
