From: P [redacted] Family < [redacted] [email protected]>Date: Fri, Nov 20, at 5:PMSubject: ID [redacted] To: "***l@cleve***.Revdex.com.org" Ms***, I have received a dispute letter regarding the business reply As part owner and one who does the book keeping, scheduling and cares for the children majority of the time, I also keep up with codes of Cuyahoga County Child Services for childcare Since Mrs [redacted] has left our services she is not getting the entire picture of what our childcare has, is or will be going through for changes to provide our families the utmost care, keeping expenses low and abiding by the codes for home childcare She has given you bits and pieces of miss informed information, as we have not had a bathroom installed So we will keep to just the matter at hand that bottom line is Mrs [redacted] feels she is entitled to the full reimbursement of dollars As stated we reimburse at the end of each month and a check of dollars minus the cancellation fee of check not cashed is charged Handbooks given out have addendum's added through out the year to resolve issues that go on through out the year on facebook, posted on the sign out board in invoices and verbally The reason the addendum was added is because, Families were holding reimbursements up to months, causing balancing to be thrown off, having to reissue new ones for families that misplaced their reimbursement and even families picking up wrong reimbursements Families were made aware of this as families in our care have been charged the cancellation fee and I have families in our care who will vouch for this, as they themselves have been charged the fee We are a small home business and sorry Mrs [redacted] feels our childcare policies do not pertain to her, just because she has left the childcareBut if we gave into what everyone felt was not right with our business, well it would not be our business would it The check of dollars will be issued certified mail at the end of November, the same time our families in our childcare receive theirs Sincerely, MrsP [redacted]

I just received a complaint from the Revdex.com, via email against our business,
Smileys Childcare, given from a *** ***
Mrs*** and her husband sought out our business for childcare in early for care of their two children and left our service in August
We are a serious Childcare business with highly impeccable references and running according to the Cuyahoga County guidelines, while providing low fees with reimbursements for call off days and vacations within our policy limits
Mrs*** was made aware reimbursements were put on hold due to new policies coming to our businesses attention and zoning procedures taking place
Exchanged through email, I notified Mrs*** that reimbursements would be late. All was settled by the end of September and posting to families several times through our business face book account to pick up reimbursements during business hours of 6am -6:30pm .....Mr nor Mrs*** responded, so their reimbursement was mailed to the following address we have on file on October 16, ....Check # ***

According to our policy in the handbook in which was signed by Mrs& Mr *** checks lost causes cancellation fees of dollars per check
I will be contacting the bank today to see if check # *** has cleared. If not, the check will be cancelled and a reimbursement will be sent of dollars ( minus the dollar fee of cancellation, per our handbook policy ) to Mrs*** , certified mail on November 30, 2015. ( All Reimbursements are sent out on the last day of the month ) This gives time for us to file with the bank a lost check and cancellation fees to take place. If check # *** has been cashed I will contact you asap as this matter will have to be researched further
Our deepest apologies for this confusion. Had we received an email, call, face book notice after our last point of contact in September with Mrs*** we would of settled this matter right away. Our mission is providing top quality childcare while maintaining open communication to the parents
