Review: I provided this company to auction off some items for me back in june of 2014. My items sold for a value nearing $300. After 3 months I was able to recieve a check for $185 that bounced and cost me $10 in bank fees. I have called up to 20 times a day every day with no response or answering service. They have a sign on their door stating to call and make an appointment. I have been trying for a month to get ahold of the owners. I looked them up on the internet and there are dozens of complaints on this business about bounced checkeds and fraud. Someone needs to do something about these people. I want my money . PLease help. I am sure that along with other customers, we cant afford a lawyer or small claims court for a few hundred dollars, but I am sure they owe to people thousands.Desired Settlement: I want my money for the items sold and for any bank fees. $300

Review: when it comes to payments and bidding practices. when payments by check is given the checks bounce. prices that were bid are claimed to be lower than the actual bid that was given so they can pocket the difference secretly. the commission they receive is for the most part charged twice by receiving different paperwork at a later date. they took it upon themselves to change the contracted rates without any notice so when you receive "your check" you will see that items have sold .. all profit made suddenly belongs too them. no profit for you. non what so ever. items dropped off for bidding.. "disappear" to never return or receive payment for. and also the owners have absolutely NO LICENSE what so ever, the owners last license was in 2003 as under the apprentice laws and uses his father name who is also an auctioneer to make the business look legitamitDesired Settlement: I would like to be paid for my items that were dropped off... disappeard.. and never received payment for. also what was charged twice for commission etc etc, probably too bid cards are bought paid and used for their benefit along with all personal time and effort
