I bought "Generic Extra Soft Toothbrush (compare to N***) (brushes)" from Smilox.com aka SmileInc and was very disappointedThe toothbrushes are NOT extra soft; they're quite firm, probably medium They are NOTHING like N***; not even remotelyVery deceptive to say "compare to N***"! and lo and behold, a note at the bottom of my packing slip, "All sales are finalNo returns or exchanges" What kind of company does business like this? Avoid

The toothbrushes are NOT extra soft; they're quite firm, probably medium. They are NOTHING like N[redacted]; not even remotely. Very deceptive to say "compare to N[redacted]"! and lo and behold, a note at the bottom of my packing slip, "All sales are final. No returns or exchanges". What kind of company does business like this? Avoid.
