Review: We had Mr. Smith to tow my son's 97 Chevy cavalier to his shop on August 24,2015. He said that he could fix the crank shaft protector sensor. After having the vehicle for several weeks, he said that he fixed that but now the car will not crank. He said that he would have to look at everything to find out what the problem was. We have called every week since asking about the car. He says give him until the following Monday. The car has not moved from the spot it was delivered to. He said that it is some kind of security box and he needed our spare key to see if it had a chip in it. We told him there was no chip in it. I asked him if the car could be fixed. He said yes. I said if it can't then I need to know. He said give me until Monday. Called back this past Monday and was told it still wasn't fixed and now the charge went from $275 to $325 for the work they have put in. But the car has not moved. He was instructed if the car was not up and running by Friday, we would file a complaint and hire an attorney. We called back today, 10/28/15 and he still has done nothing to the car. He has had the car for 2 months and this is ridiculous. He keeps saying give me a few more days. He now has every key to the car that I have. I am a single mother and know when I am taken advantage of. My son needs his car so he can get back and forth to work. He works 3rd shift and sometimes goes in at 1 am. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like the car fixed but not by them. I do not want to have to pay for the car that has set there for 2 months and not anything been done to it. I am very upset about the whole situation and how they handle business.
