I would like to respond to *** *** and her complaintShe called and said there was paint on the carpet after my painting of the walls at her houseI went back to her house to fix any mistakes I had madeThe paint on the carpet couldn't
be seen with the human eye so I along with the husband got down on our hands and knees and brushed our hands over the carpet for over an hour and found microscopic spots that I fixedI also removed spots that I assume where food and not paint relatedAfter going over and over the carpet with my hands feeling for even the slightest hint of paint for over an hour I felt I was done and leftI don't feel that there is anyway to please these people and in my years of painting I have never run across anything close to thisThese people have gone to great lengths to sully my name and business over something that doesn't exist

Paint is indeed very visible and is noticeable to everyone who has come to our home since the walls being doneThere were no other stains other than the paintHomeowners had the carpets cleaned days prior to *** Bros coming to the homeNo food is brought outside the kitchen/dinning roomWe do not eat on the stairs! Not all spots were treated as Mr*** fled the home, without saying anything to the homeowners, before having a chance to view themHe was in the home attempting to clean a couple spots for approximately minsNot over an hour, as he statesWe have home surveillance video of our front yard/street that we are able to provide with time stamps to document his vehicle arriving and leavingWe are requesting the paint to be cleaned from the carpet and are not able to reach Mr***This complaint is not about all the other areas there was paint left, which was significant, only the carpet, as we are unsuccessful in removing itThere is no "going to great lengths to sully his name"As you can see, only facts are statedWe have not included any personal opinions of Mr*** or his business practicesWe take great pride in the cleanliness, appearance, and care of our home and are requesting assistance from Revdex.com to reach *** BrosPainting to resolve this issueThank you
