We hired Carod Properties 02/201, and ended our Agreement in 03/2015.
THE POSITIVE: Carod Properties does communicate well via email or calls. They have a tendency for replying quickly. They are knowledgeable of the Laws and rules around renting properties, and do give good advice.
THE NEGATIVE: When you hand over your keys to them they do not escort potential renter to the property so your appliances and items left in home are at risk; we lost parts from one of our appliance during Carod having the keys to the premises and the first tenant moving in. SECONDLY: They are not honest with conditions of renting because we did not want pets in the home, but tenant did sign the Lease with an attached Pet Agreement on the same day, we were not told about the pet until the tenant moved in and the Agreement started. THIRD: They do not monitor your property (ever) during it being occupied. We found our property needed some cleaning done, and only found this out because we drove by to view it ourselves. We ended up handling the cleanup on our own. And finally: They are quick to collect fees for every single thing, and the landlord does not benefit from this collection (including late rent fees), because it stays with the agent.
