Sorry for the inconvenience of the Gap policy cancellation The general rule of the insurance company is to weeks after they receive the cancellation notice They also verify the payoff which takes a few days as to make sure that the money goes to the customer or the bank
I look into to this personally myself today and we received a check from the insurance company (GAP) today and are issuing a check today that will go out in tomorrows mail The pro-rated amount to the customer is $Again we are sorry for any inconvenience and or miscommunication to the customer Best Regards *** Tell us why here

They finally contacted me after 2 mo this. Although I still feel they could have handled this better, I don't wish to file a formal complaint. I still feel people should know about lehighton [redacted] though.
