Review: Spent a few thousand dollars on what we thought was rounded personalized company tabs and we received square ones. SED stated this was the same exact order as in 2006 (it took us 6 years to use up first order), so the new office manager who only had been here a week, signed off on the proof. Turns out that SED made a mistake in 2006 and what we ordered was different than what we actually received. We are now stuck with boxes of tabs that we cannot use and paid over $3,000 for. Due to the fact SED told us the order was the same as 2006 and we signed off on the proof (thinking we were getting rounded tabs), we're willing to take some of the responsibility. Yet SED is not willing to cooperate and admit that they made a mistake as well. They want us to pay full price to order the correct (rounded) tabs, which were delivered to us in 2006 (despite what the paperwork says). We invited an SED rep to come to the office and see the tabs that were delivered in 2006, so they know it's a rounded tab, not a square. When they tell us that they're going to deliver the same exact product they delivered originally we expet them to live up to their word. We will not be using or recommending SED, until this issue is resolved.Desired Settlement: Take some of the responsibility for making a mistake originally and meet us at least 1/2 way in the price of ordering the rounded tabs.
