I thank you for discontinuing shipment of the product once I canceled, HOWEVER you CONTINUE to debit my cardDO NOT interpret this as a request for back shipments - I don't want your stuff! And as I detailed in my first letter to you - your customer rep that I spoke to was friendly enough...but clueless, and totally distracted - it sounded like the TV was onI had to tell her my name and address - she never asked - and even put the phone down (not on hold) to answer the door and chat for a sec with whoever she let in!
