Customer Service thru phone and mail DOES NOT COMPLY with my request to cancel! Shipment stopped but you continue to charge me for what I don't want! Yesterday I escalated my problem with your company to my credit card bankDespite canceling by phone the DAY I received my "free sample" in late January/early February and then sending follmail - I continue to be charged monthlyYou've taken HUNDREDS from me! I thank you for discontinuing shipment of the product once I canceled, HOWEVER you CONTINUE to debit my cardDO NOT interpret this as a request for back shipments - I don't want your stuff! And as I detailed in my first letter to you - your customer rep that I spoke to was friendly enough...but clueless, and totally distracted - it sounded like the TV was onI had to tell her my name and address - she never asked - and even put the phone down (not on hold) to answer the door and chat for a sec with whoever she let in! Who ARE these people you hire to answer cancellation

Offered 1-molow-cost trial Didn't disclose have to pkg & return product & pay shipping if cancel after trial period On 2/received email advertisement for skincare products Offer was to purchase products at a reduced rate for a one-month trial period After trial period, monthly cost increased drastically I called and cancelled Was told if cancelled additional monthly purchases had to package & return unused portion, including paying postage This was not disclosed during the sales process P.S What is company going to do with product that has been used and returned anyway? Sell it to someone else? That is a health hazard They sold it to me, period, and did not disclose anything about returning unused portion if cancelled monthly purchases

Who ARE these people you hire to answer cancellation

They advertise a free trial but then charge you over $dollars if you dont return the product or purchase another order

Ordered a sample product and paid small shipping charge Called within days grace period to say I did not want any more productThey build my credit card $which they later took off and said all was cleared upNow I got a bill from a collection agency called *** Which I have also filed a complaint with Revdex.com about them
