Review: I have been a customer at this store since 1991 and have always foundthem to be exceptional. I drop clothes off to be serviced weeklyand have been very long time loyal customer both myself and my familyand my colleagues and co workers. last year I dropped off a wool coatwith a belt and got the coat back without the belt. I then purchaseda new wool coat. Just this past Wednesday 10/**/2013 like usual I droppedof 14 garments and this new wool coat (of one season) to be cleaned andhave a button secured. I picked up the clothes order on 10/**/2013and during putting my clothes away realized my wool coat was not there. I returned to the store on Sat 11/* and I was beyond disappointed. My dis-appoinment was not only that there seem to be no care,but I was looked at as If I might not be telling the truth. They searched there paperwork andnicely indicated that I recieved my order back with 15 garments. This is not true. The coat was and is missing. I left unhappy,returned back to my office. I waited a few hours and called the cleaners. They ([redacted]) told me they had watched a store video and it appears that all garments were there. Again they are not. Clearly I am not happy. Not handled properly. They have known me for many years. They know I don't complain or have ever had anything to complain about. Clearly they made a huge mistake. Clearly they have lost a longtime customer both myself and my family.I will be sure to coninue until my satisfaction is achieved. I plan to take them to small claims court and once again I am not happy. In the past 22 years I have spent an average of $130.00 per month over $34000.00 cashDesired Settlement: I would prefer that they thouroughly research the where abouts of my coator refund me. My concern is clearly I will not be able to get thesame coat that I needed in the next few days.
