Review: On November [redacted] I gave a deposit for a car, pending loan approval. Discussed with [redacted] in the finance department, that it WAS refundable if I did not go through with the purchase. Unfortunately, the loan did not work out for that car. On December [redacted], I spoke to [redacted] about refunding my deposit, he said "no problem, bring in the visa card that we took the deposit from." On December [redacted], I came in, they took my information and my card information and said it would take up to 72 hours. On December [redacted] (6 days later) I called to see why I had not received the refund. Was told someone would call me back. No phone call, no refund. On the [redacted] I called, someone was supposed to call me back. No call back, no refund. On the [redacted], again was told [redacted], the manager would be calling me, no call back, no refund. On the [redacted], a month from when they TOOK my money, called again and was told the manager would call me back. Still no refund, NO call back.Desired Settlement: Refund
