Sir this is C [redacted] ***, Service Manager at Ford of VenturaThis letter is in regards to ID# The Customer is J [redacted] He owns the Ford Fusion in questionThe Two Repair Orders in question are RO#and RO#Please note on RO#we replaced a faulty Ignition switchThe mileage at that time was 171,On RO#we replaced the #Fuel injector and connectorThe mileage at that time was 173,The Customer had driven 1,miles between the two repairsPlease note there is no connection between a faulty Ignition switch and a faulty Fuel Injector.We have assisted MrG [redacted] many times over the last two years when he was unemployedWe have given Him a free Loaner vehicle on several occasionsWe have given Him free Diagnoses when He had no MoneyWe bought Him Fuel when he was completely brokeWe have always treated Him with respect and kindnessSir, on the two repairs in question, we only repaired what MrG [redacted] asked forNote all of our repairs have a two year WarrantySir if I can answer any questions please call me at ###-###-####Thank you for Your time, C***
