Received poor service (I.e Pool Dirty), mentioned it to the supervisor and his solution was to end service instead of addressing problem
Paying almost $100 a month for service at a VACANT house. I feel that the Tech/Supervisor are taking advantage of a sitution where they are NOT performing a service due to the perception that no one sees that.
I seek COMPLIMENTARY Service for the next TWO MONTHS since I have already paid for Service NOT received.
The client has mentioned that they have been unsatisfied with services rendered. We have advised that we will provide a credit for the previous month's service due to their dissatisfaction.
Based on the clients note apparently they now want 2 months of free service to resolve their concerns.
Our offer to credit 1 month is fair, but to resolve this concern, I have instructed our office to reimburse the client 1 additional month.
Moving forward, We will no longer be sending a technician to the residence so the client can choose a company that will meet their expectations.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
