Review: I am working as a realtor, my new company asked us to use SMITH PRINTING & INNOVATIONS to print our business cards. They were more expensive than any one else around but we did it thinking we will get better quality. Today I have received my business cards, and I found they did not any correction to the picture to make it more lighter and look better in the business card. I have made another card with another company before with the same exact picture, it looks more natural, clear and better lighting. When I asked them to resolve my problem, they have said you have proof the card. They have send me the card by email, How can I see the difference of lights over a computer screen. Also my name was so small , was not big enough to go across the business card. Even this how can I notice it form the size of paper on my computer screen. When I received the card, I was shocked, I will attach herewith the two pictures for any one to judge how bad quality there card is.Their customer service is horrible, they asked me to repreint them for me but after paying more money. They have already took $70 for my cards, I was able to do them on vistaprint for $10. When I refused to pay they said they cannot do anything from me. I asked to return them and get my refund so that I can print them somewhere else. But they refused completely and they were so tough in dealing with me "their customer"I cannot believe this customer service, it is horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like to send them there horrible quality cards and get back what I have paid including shipping. I will print them with more professional company. The issue is not in printing, the issue in the art of printing. I can print in my own home my business cards on Avery.comso why people can choose to pay more.. For better quality.Thanks
