When you chose to do business with them you must know you are going to end up on the short end of the stick. These are old-fashioned carnie folk who have set up their operation so that they are never wrong and you will always pay. Just find another place to try and get a deal. Leave this company alone.

On June 25 &26 ,2018, I bid on some zero turn riding lawn mowers. Smith represented in writing in the item description that the mower I bought for $1300 "starts and runs". I had no time to go down there to inspect this particular mower; I relied upon the written representations made at the time of sale.
The pictures showed a good-looking, clean mower. But when I sent a trucker down to pick the mower up for me one tire was flat and had been flat for quite some time. The other tire had loose lugs. A forklift was used to load the mower as it was not drivable. Upon delivery, not only was the tire flat and the lugs loose on the other side, but the engine ran on only one cylinder of two and the left side hydraulics did not work. So, this machine could not run and did not run.
When calling them to explain and express my dissatisfaction (very politely), they told me their written representations count for nothing as I had failed to come down their and inspect this particular mower before bidding on it. Too bad for me!
This Company and their Manager Chad do not care about good customer service and a fair response to complaints. They are obviously complicit with the machine owner in misrepresenting the facts and condition of what they sell for these owners. Shame on them.
DO NOT trust this Company and its employees. They will cheat you whenever hey get a chance.

Just wanted to share a very negative experience with this company. After successfully bidding and wining a few items from an auction we received an invoice from the company via e-mail. The invoice stated pick up terms and we reviewed the terms to plan our pick up. Apparently these terms were not correct. We received a call stating that we would be forced to pay an extra 100.00 dollars to transport the items to their Baldwin terminal. After receiving the call we rushed to their main location to pay for the items. After paying for the items we then picked them up at the off site location. 5 days after pick up we received a call stating we needed to pick up the items. After explaining that we already had and expressing concern over the confusing pick up terms we were offered no apology. I also explained that since we did pick these items up from the off site location we would not pay the 100.00 dollar transportation fee. We received a phone call from the manager stating that we had only purchased items on 2 separate occasions and our business was not important to the company. Basically if you do not purchase a lot of items from this company you will not receive customer service even if their information provided to you is wrong. Good Luck and make sure to question all terms with this company. Definitely will never purchase from this company again.
