Additionally, each situation is unique and only complicated more so when ancillary relatives are added to the mix of conflict between a mother and father. Our office tracks and accounts for all work done on each client's file and can provide an accounting of the expenses upon request. Every client that we represent has signed and been provided with a copy of our contract for services which spells out the monetary aspects of a legal case. Because of a Lawyer's Rules of Ethics and confidentiality requirements, we cannot provide a specific response to a particular case, but would be willing to sit down with a neutral mediator to discuss and resolve issues in a private format.
