This all started when reaching out about one of the beautiful sheltie puppies they had listedThe first issue was that they had the puppy listed at $ [redacted] and when I reached out and let them know I wanted the dog they said the real price was $ [redacted] and they accidentally put that priceWe worked that issue out but then came to the issue of other costs just being tacked on to the $ [redacted] price to get it back up to $***!! We had already fallen in love with the puppy so we agreed to some of the additional costs and arranged shipment of the puppy all the way up to payingWe had made all arrangements to bring this puppy home this week when we get an email from the seller saying they had just decided to keep the puppy for themselvesWHO DOES THAT TO SOMEONE?! It is so cruel to let a family fall in love and get so excited about a new puppy and then just shut everything downThey were very difficult to deal with along the way as well...woudln't recommend
