We received word from our bank this morning that they have found the bank error, and the same has been corrected Therefore, we have issued a full credit to Mr [redacted] for the entire $payment made for October, 2017, and we have reversed any bank charges assessed to his account with respect to this payment We also made direct contact with Mr [redacted] to advise him as soon as we received word from our bankThank you!

Landlord disputes the allegations/statements made in Consumer complaint The Landlord reviewed the entire history of the tenant(s) claims and found them to be factually inaccurate, but from a customer service standpoint, Landlord went out of their way to try to accommodate tenant(s) Landlord through its legal counsel has already communicated to the Tenant(s) in response to any inquiries they made to legal counsel and/or Landlord directly

I understand what you're saying but it is not trueOffice staff was always rude! Maintenance would come in the apartment and ignore greetingsBut that isn't the pointThe second bedroom carpet was soaked in dog urine when we moved inThat is why the carpet was replaced shortly after we moved inAnd the air conditioner was NEVER fixed! That's why we had two window units installed by maintenanceIt was degrees or more most days and the air conditioner never turned off! That is why our electric bill skyrocketed in one monthThe refusal of acknowledgement is ridiculousThe blatant lies by apartment complex is insaneLook at the maintenance records and you will see exactly what I am talking aboutThere is no reason maiantance would come to the apartment times to work on the a/c if it was properly functioningOur electric bill wouldn't have went up so high if it was working properlyWe only lived in the apartment less than months and we were charged for the carpet that was over years oldWe lived in our last apartment with a new puppy over years and got our full deposit backThe lack of understanding how to run a property is sad and I don't understand how it hasn't been shut down yetThe whole experience has been more than disturbingIf we were able we to see the apartment before signing the lease we would have never moved inBut since we moved from Cincinnati with a new born and had no where else to go we were stucki know arbors of gahanna will continue to refuse to acknowledge the facts which is vet disheartening.

Everything in my statement accurateThe carpet was at least years old when we moved inThe second bedroom carpet had to be replaced because it was soaked with dog urineMaintenance was unable to fix air conditioner after numerous complaintsThey equipped the apartment with two window units and refused to do any more work on the central air conditionerOffice staff and maintenance was very rude and refused to take care of the unitThe lack of communication and refusal to fix the problems is not acceptable

Landlord disputes all allegations made by *** *** Landlord has always had onsite maintenance assigned to this property, as well as having hour emergency maintenance for this property Any repair requests that have been submitted by the Tenant have always been taken care of both
professionally and promptly, and Landlord has never refused to repair any damages which are the responsibility of Landlord To Landlord's knowledge, there is no insect or rodent issue with respect to Ms*** rental unit

Our office had no direct contact with Ms*** regarding this claim until Monday, June 19, 2017, at which time Ms*** and I spoke by telephone regarding her pet in her apartment home Ms*** and I had a friendly discussion, and I went through with her the terms of the Lease and Pet
Addendum I believe this matter has now been resolved

Landlord reiterates what it referenced in its previous response.  The carpet was only 2 years old when tenants' took occupancy of the premises.  In addition, the bedroom carpet was not soaked with dog urine as represented by Complainant.  Landlord did not refuse to do work on the central air conditioner, and the staff and maintenance were never rude and never refused to take care of the rental unit or be accommodating to the tenants.
