I ordered a RV part online and needed to return it. I returned it and they claimed they never received it. The appropiate paperwork was with the return that contained 100 dollars of merchandise.

Horrible company to work with. They were very rude when we called to see which plug we needed in order to hook up the generator to the camper we were renting from them that next week. Then, once we finally headed out on vacation, we had issues with the camper all weekend. For starters, the camper has brakes, but no way to hook them. The converter was blown, so once the battery died, we had no power, water, or a/c. When we returned the camper, in the middle of a business day, there was noone there. After that, we called 2-3 times a day to get ahold of someone to get our deposit back. Finally, two weeks later, we got a call back from the company. And not only are we not getting our deposit back, but we OWE! We had to pay for the converter that we didn't break! We paid just as much for that coverter as we did to rent the camper! If we would have known we were going to be spending $680 to rent a camper for 3 days, we would have went to a different company and found a much nicer one! The people were rude through the whole process. We argued with them every time we were interacting with them. We will certainly not be doing business with them again.
