Improper ATF used (***). *** claims is compatible, *** documentation shows otherwise.
Fluid change was performed, mixing ATF+4 and improper *** fluid. Flush was requested via phone, found out when dropping vehicle that only change was possible.
Charged for gasket, but did not install. RTV used in place.
RTV over-applied. RTV was found in ATF pan, filter, and is in torque converter.
