First thing we do to ever vehicle getting an alignment is inspect all steering & suspension componentsUpon inspecting Ms***
vehicle we found the tie rods were loose and should be replacedWe called Ms*** with our findings and a costMs*** was unable to pay for the repairsWe explained to her there would be a $inspection fee that would be credited back to Ms*** when the repairs were made.Ms*** became very loud and confrontationalI was at NO time ever rude to Ms ***I ask her if she would pay a doctor for an office call or an electrician or plumber for their time if she could not afford the medicine or repairs suggestedMs*** just became louder but did say she would pay themI again tried to explain to Ms*** that she would be credited back the $whenever the repairs were made and there was no time limit but Ms*** did not listen and just kept getting louderWhen Mr*** came to get the vehicle we had a very pleasant conversationI explained the issue with the tie rod and the credit of $when the repairs were doneMr*** was fine and left

I am not satisfied with the resolution from the merchantThe facts stated in the response are incorrect, first of my husband picked up the vehicle so the reference of the polite conversation with me is incorrectSecondly I never stated I could no afford the service and eesent the assumption referenced in the response and during the conversation.I simply advised I would prefer a second oppinionUpon picking up the vehicle we took it directly to another repair shopand were advised that no rod rpair was necsary and have since had the vehicle service that was requested by this establishmentSince I was deceived and treated so rudely and most importantly never advised or agreed to a $inspection fee , I woukd like the $cash back that I paid themI do not feel comfortable with this establishment working on my vehicleThis is the resolution that would resolve this matter

Ms *** is correct on accountShe is correct in her statement that her husband picked up the vehicle and that is EXACTLY what I saidThat *** and myself had a very pleasant conversationI NEVER said anywhere that Ms Robinson and I had any type of pleasant conversationsI again was NEVER rude to Ms *** I will not return her money as she did receive a service, she just did not like what was told to herThe parts mentioned were worn and if someone did align her vehicle as she says her tires will be worn out shortly

I do not accept the proposed resolutionThey misdiagnosed my vehicle and attempted to price guage me for and expensive unneeded serviceI do not and will not feel comfortable having them provide any service on my vehicleThe main issue is they have never even responded or addressed the main problem and issue is that I was never informed or agreed to a $inspection feeThat is my issue I would have had no problem or would even be wasting my time, If I would have been properly informed at the time I dropped my vehicle, at no time was I informed nor did I agree to any inspection feeThat is my issue that is the reason why I am disputing this service and chargeThis is a wrongful and deceitful business practiceYou lure consumers in with a low ball coupon and then bait and switch them for a outrageous service that in my case was not even neededYou can refund me for this scam charge and as I hope that all future consumers will be fair warned with this Revdex.com record
