After receiving notice that our complaint had been filed, the siding company boss called my husband around 8:pm and asked if he had turned him in to the Revdex.comMy husband said yes.He said that was a cheap shot, to which my husband replied , "I am sorry you feel that way," added this is *** ***, "after all I have done for you", ...and you can go to ***., then hung up the phone

Our Contractor [redacted] went to this home and completed the workThe consumer has responded and stated she was satisfied with the outcome

our company sent our contractor *** out to this home to complete the workThe homeowner said she was happy with the outcome

I am rejecting this response because:the person sent out did fix most of the items, and found other things that needed fixed, but we are still lacking the new downspout as he did not have one with him We were out of town for a few days and he said he would bring one by while we were gone, but that if it was not on when we returned to call and remind him We have left a voicemail for him but have not heard from him yetAlso while we were gone we had some siding fall off the house and some slide down I am concerned what is going to continue to happen to the house as time goes on When the repair work was going on, the men found other concerns that I am worried will cause problems down the road Some of the insulation had been removed from the house when taking off the old siding, not replaced, then put the siding back up over an uneven surface The trim work is showing uneven areas and sliding as time goes on and some pieces on the sides of the house are not seeming to fit together well

12/15/2:They have resolved it for the most part. They sent someone out for the third time and it was resolved. We had another contractor come and look at it. He told us it wasn't done right. The only thing they really could do is redo the whole house. The siding is staying on finally. I'm not satisfied but I don't know what else to do

I am rejecting this response because:yes, we have made requests, but they are only attempted in-part each time, not complete, and with an unsatisfactory product in part We were contacted by a SmithCo secretary on July to say the gutter person would probably call that day to set up a time to take care of our gutter and the caulking concerns He did call on the 19th at 4:pm asking to come out later in the day, but we were out of town at the moment and would not be available until the 21st He said he would be there Friday the 21st but could not give a time and would call in the morning He did not call until 2:pm, stating he was in Carthage for the next few hours, but were we going to be home in the evening I asked what time he would be coming, he said he was unsure but wanted to come by to see what we needed on his way home from Carthage We stayed home all day and evening Friday, July He did not come by and did not call back I am concerned we will not be available when he does decide to come to resolve these issues The scratched siding was not mentioned by the secretary I am hoping that will still be taken care of as well

We have responded to several service requests trying to make things to their likingWe have contacted the gutter people and they will be making the repairs as requested in this complaint
