Hi,I am seeking justice because I feel like I have been sold a lemon car I purchased a car from Smithfield financial in October 2013 and every since I have had the car I have had problems pertaining to the engine when I purchased the car I also purchased a warranty the warranty was to cover the transmission and engine up to a year or 12 thousand miles I took this car to the finance company two months after purchased it and they told me nothing was wrong with the car since then I continued to drive the car last month I took my car to [redacted] tire they told me it was definitely something wrong with the engine and the car had a oil leak called finance company they said there is nothing they can do to help me so just last week I took the car to [redacted] Nissan and they told me the needed a whole new engine so they contacted the warranty company they will not pay BC I have went over the 12,000 miles by 700 miles which seems unreal BC I have never taken the car out of town and never left the state so then I called the finance company where I purchased this car explained my situation they were careless and told me it was nothing they could do and that it was all on me so I'm seeking justice I really feel like the finance knew something was wrong with this car and was just trying to make quick sale so my car is still @ the shop and I no transportation plz help meProduct_Or_Service: Nokia /windows /pre-paidAccount_Number: XXX-XXX-XXXXDesired SettlementI would like my money back BC I put 1500 down when purchased and have been paying my car notes on time which are 350 a month or if the finance company will settle with me and lower the price of the car and fix the engine I will be happy wit that I'm really Just seeking justice
