Smith's Air Conditioning & Heating

If I could give them a negative review, I would. They are great to come out the first time, but after that, forget about it. I am still waiting from over 2 months ago for them to come back out to complete the repair. After texting the owners son many times and him telling what day he will come, never shows up. Call the father and he said he was getting in a plane and send my info over right au and he would get the office to contact me. Still waiting on that from over 1 1/2 weeks ago. So I went with another company. Also the son told me to keep the fan on all the time, so I did as he suggested. I got my electric bill and it was over $450. I told the father and he stated "there is no way". I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are very polite, but bad business values!!!

The worse experience ever with this company. Rude, unprofessional.
