young lady who did not know Smiths Cottage had a website and the maintenance man. As matter of fact, the website the young lady did not know Smith's Cottage has - STILL has the 10% Offer up on the site. 2. 'She asked the maintenance person where she could park her car and wanted to know if she could hide it." I asked the maintenance man IF my truck was parked in the nght place at the office because of the NO PARKING sign. I did not want to block anyone from parking there. Whv would I want to hide my truck? Absurd! When the maintenance man led me to Cabin 10-1 asked where I could park - again, because I did not want to oark in the adioinine cabin's parking space. Never once did I mention or CARE if my truck was visible from the road. 3. 'there were not skin flakes or hair on the bed.' I stand my by original assertion of an unclean bed with skin flakes and hair on the sheets - which made my skin crawl and finally caused me to leave. 4. "she raved" I said the cottage was old. No, I was never told the cancellation policy nor was I handed a brochure. The only piece of paper I have is the receipt - which is attached again and doesn't even state the business name and address. The website STILL does not list a cancellation policy. 7. "I did not ask jokingly if she wanted to rent another cottage." Yes, Donald, you did. You smiled and laughed when I asked if the entire place was booked. 8. "seeing as we do have a cancellation policy" - no cancellation policy on website. No brochure. No name and address or any cancellation policy on the receipt. I am only asking for one night's refund of $150.00. Please reconsider
