Keeneland Crest Apartments received the above complaint regarding [redacted].  We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] and the issue with her washer and dryer has been resolved as of Monday, September 28th.  We had attempted to enter Ms. [redacted]’s apartment previously but were greeted by a large...
