I wrote *** a personal check on Sunday, May 6, 2018 for $897.92 for material to get piping underneath house up to county code..he picked up material, Monday, May 7, 2018 but would NOT provide me with a receipt from Lowe's in Milledgeville, GA..also, he dropped a tool (PVC Cutter) in my yard while unloading mat'l on my property..the tool was a red flag for me because it was still in the pack & made me wonder if he or myself paid for..since I did not have receipt, I went online to Lowe's website & was able to view receipt under my membership rewards link..receipt totaled $166.51, NOT $897.92! & the tool he dropped was on my paid receipt..when questioning Mr. in reference to the balance ($756.41) of money for material, it was obvious he was lying & making up excuses such as he had to return to store for 2 x 4's, all sorts of items I didn't need..I then reminded him of previous conversation we had in reference to why previous person had been relieved of job responsibilities due to buying tools w/my money, stealing, not coming to work, he got defensive & wanted pvc cutters back so he could return to store for refund..when I stated they were on my receipt, I had already paid for them ($24.99 + tax), he stopped responding..he then returned to my house Monday nite while we were sleeping, stole the material back I had purchased & returned to Lowe's store in Milledgeville for a full refund of $164.09 on Tuesday, May 8, 2018! He was arrested on Tuesday evening on several charges in which I had been contacted & told he purchased methanphetamine with my $900..so I have no material, no $897.92, piping still not up to code, NOTHING!

I went to *** County Sheriff's Dept & filed Criminal Trespassing Felony Theft Complaint against him..Captain *** confirmed he's currently incarcerated in *** County Jail on several charges & told me a 'hold warrant' would be issued & carried out upon his release..
