Smithtown Hot Yoga

Review: On March *, Smithtown Hot Yoga emailed all of their customers stating that they were closing their studio and would be opening a studio in another location in a month. In May, they still had not opened a new studio and I knew that I was moving out of state in June for work and would not have the opportunity to use a 10 class pass that I had purchased earlier in the year. I emailed them twice in May to 3 different email addresses I had on file requesting a refund for the classes I would not have the opportunity to use. At the time, they still had not opened another studio. I never received a response. I sent them a private [redacted] message at the end of May before I moved asking them to resolve the issue again. They were periodically updating their [redacted] page stating the new studio would be 'opening soon', but they again failed to respond. I sent them a second private [redacted] message in August, again asking them to respond and resolve the issue. They have never responded to any of my requests.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all classes remaining on my account. I was unable to use my pass due to their studio closing.
