Again. Not dealing with another lying jerk. This guy has tried 3 times to stop payment on his c/c and lost all 3 times. His car was towed in, paid towed bill. Requested us to look @ his vehicle which we did. Gave him a estimate - he blew up his car! HE WAUTED 4 DAYS TO CALL US BACK TO LET US KNOW...

WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO - but when he was given the estimate, he said he call back that day - which he did not!!!!! - 4 DAYS LATER. He signed a work order approving us to look @ his car which also stated that a diagnostic fee & storage charges may apply. Done with guy. He did not get any where with trying to stop payment on his credit card - which is fraud. NOW I will be filing harassment charges against him with the police department.DONE!

[redacted] was involved in a motor vehicle accident on September 5, 2017 in South Brunswick, NJ.  George’s Garage & Towing received the call for an emergency tow at 5:23pm on said date.  As per our contract, we responded the accident and ultimately towed Ms. [redacted] vehicle...

back to our storage yard awaiting her direction.  On the morning of September 6, 2017, Ms. [redacted] contacted George’s Garage and Towing.  Her conversation began with several curse words. We asked our standard questions:  Have you contacted your insurance? Do you know what kind of coverage you have? What are you plans for the car?  - Which she responded to with more curse words and insults. She refused to contact her insurance since she said the accident was not her fault.  She told us she was in too much pain to deal with anything and carried on further with insults to the staff here.  At first, she refused to tell us even the simplest of information – what is your name?  She did not believe we needed that information.  We tried to explain that we need to verify that she is the owner and that she is authorized to make decision regarding the car.  She soon threw many more choice curse words at us and finally hung up.  Our office staff attempted to call her back so that we could try to calm her down to explain why we needed this information, we wanted to offer to help her with insurance and to help her work through everything that was happening. She screamed “F-you” over and over and threated to call the police.  At this time, we did not attempt to contact her again.  Later in the day on the 6th, we received a call from Leah at Dayton Collision.  She asked that we tow Ms. [redacted] vehicle to them.  I told her that we require a verbal release from the owner (as is standard with every vehicle that comes onto this property for any reason that is going to be towed out).  Ms. [redacted] states in her complaint the Revdex.com that she “sent signed documentation for them to release my car to the repair facility and they refused”.  That was NOT sent to George’s Garage and Towing.  I informed Leah from Dayton Collision that no matter what, we required the verbal release directly from Ms. [redacted]. Leah said she would to contact Ms. [redacted] and let her know the procedure.   Shortly thereafter, Ms. [redacted] called back.  Her conversation began by demanding to speak to a manager.  The office staff assured her that it was not necessary to speak with a manager, if she could just tell us her basic information for verification purposes, and verbally release the vehicle to Dayton Collision, then everything would be over.  Once again she carried on with cursing and screaming and hollering.  She was immediately transferred to the manager.  Her bad language continued with the manager however at that time, we were able to get her basic details and verbal release.  The vehicle was transferred to Dayton Collision and the matter was closed. As you can see by the way Ms. [redacted] worded her initial complaint to the Revdex.com, she doesn’t use the cleanest of language.  She abused the staff with her choice of words and made hateful and hurtful comments and remarks.  For the situation that was unfolding, our office staff handled her call with calm and understanding.  Lastly, there is no one who works here by the name of Dorothy.  Hopefully she was not confusing us with another location that she had a conflict with.  In closing, her “Desired Settlement” was to have her vehicle taken to the repair facility.  This was completed the following morning since by the time she gave us her verbal release, the location she desired the car to be towed to was already closed.
