Review: I hire [redacted] to replace a boiler after he finish the job; he was suppose to register the boiler with the city department of building. When I as him if he had file for the boiler he said yes, but when I ask him to provided me with the register number, he couldn't provide me with the number for the boiler, so I had to find someone else to file for the boiler. They required me to pay them all the money upfront. I dont have that much money to pay him to file for the boiler. If I don't register the boiler the city will issue me a violation for not registering the boiler.Desired Settlement: I have to have someone else to file for the boiler, and he wants over $2500.00 to file for the boiler.
